Q. How long does an order take to dispatch?
We quote 15-20 working days for an order to be dispatch. If you provide an e-mail address, we will let you know when the order is dispatched and if your order is dispatched with a courier, you will receive an email from the courier too!
Q. What if I would like an exchange instead of a refund?
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. This can be a different size of the same product, or a different product altogether. Our returns team will do our best to find what you want, but if they are unavailable we will refund you and let you know.

Q. What should I do if I would like to return an item for a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 10 days after receiving the goods, provided that the goods are not damaged and we will refund the product price.
